You may return all products within 14 days (from the date you received the items) of delivery for exchange or refund.
You'd be required to ship out the product back to us. Returns will only be accepted to the address provided to you.
All items being returned must be in unused condition and arrive to our warehouse in undamaged condition.
Return fees are paid by the customer. Import fees are paid by TIOD Home Collection.
