Shipping policy
Shipping is FREE worldwide! All duties, necessary taxes, and carrier fees will be free of charge for all clients no matter where they are shipping too!
At TIOD Home Collection, we use many shipping methods to get your orders to you in the fastest and safest way possible. All of our products take between 3-6 weeks estimated total for production and delivery.
Due to increased carrier delays in the past couple years we always note that ship times are estimated. We are unable to refund for a delayed order and an item already on the way as carrier delays are outside of our control.
Unfortunately we are unable to specify an exact delivery date due to any unforeseen delays with the carrier to your specific country. However, please reach out and we can give you a better idea of an ETA if you are curious when your order will arrive!
